Postpartum Doula

While so much attention is given to preparing for birth, the postpartum period deserves just as much care. My goal is to help you feel supported, nourished, and confident as you settle into life with your new baby.

Whether you need an extra set of hands, someone to answer questions, a warm meal waiting for you, or simply another adult to remind you that you're doing a wonderful job, I'm here to support your family with compassion and without judgment.

Every postpartum visit is tailored to your unique needs. Some days that might look like talking through feeding questions while I fold laundry. Other days it might mean holding your baby while you shower, preparing nourishing meals, organizing your nursery, or simply sitting together as you process your birth experience.

There is no "right" way to use postpartum support. My role is to help lighten the mental and physical load so you can focus on healing, bonding with your baby, and finding your rhythm as a family.

What's Included

Support is personalized and may include:

• Emotional support and a listening ear

• Newborn care education and guidance

• Infant feeding support and resources

• Nourishing meal preparation and snack prep

• Light housekeeping and laundry

• Babywearing and soothing techniques

• Postpartum recovery support

• Birth story processing

• Sibling adjustment support

• Organization of baby supplies and household systems

• Referrals to trusted local resources when needed

Visits are available during daytime hours and can be scheduled based on your family's needs.

Investment

$50/hour, 3- and 4-hour sessions
