Comprehensive Birth & Postpartum Support
This is my signature offering for families who want ongoing support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period.
Birth doula services are available from Brunswick to Portland and throughout surrounding Midcoast and Southern Maine communities, generally within approximately 50 miles of Brunswick. Travel fees may apply for in-home services beyond 40 miles.

Pregnancy often comes with an endless stream of information, opinions, and decisions. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to help you understand your options, trust your instincts, and feel confident navigating the choices ahead.
Together we'll prepare not only for labor and birth, but also for the transition into parenthood. We'll talk through your questions, explore comfort measures and movement strategies, prepare for conversations with providers, and create a realistic plan for the postpartum period.
My approach blends childbirth education, Spinning Babies® principles, movement, nutrition, evidence-based information, and compassionate support tailored to your unique goals.
