Birth doula services are available from Brunswick to Portland and throughout surrounding Midcoast and Southern Maine communities, generally within approximately 50 miles of Brunswick. Travel fees may apply for in-home services beyond 40 miles.
This package is designed for families who want education, movement support, and a trusted guide throughout pregnancy and labor.

We'll explore comfort measures, movement strategies, birth preferences, and practical tools to help you approach labor with confidence and flexibility.
My approach blends childbirth education, Spinning Babies® principles, movement, nutrition, evidence-based information, and compassionate support tailored to your individual needs.
